Flexy 205 constantly dropping connection

I have a Flexy 205 that has this message appearing and dropping connection. The status shows 3 to 4 bars for signal strength. This seems to be the most relevant message amongst the myriad other appear in the logs.

-27208 emodem-GSM network not found

Here are a few others
-33233 t2m-Talk2M: read VPN server address failed openvpn

-29626 ovpn-VPN Connectivity test has been forced openvpn

29624 ovpn-Could not read Talk2M VPN server address, using last valid.

33226 t2m-VPN connection timeout

Is there something that can be done to improv connection reliability?

Hello,

There are certain methods that can improve signal strength.

1: Ensure the device is close to a window
2: Remove the device from areas that have high concentrations of concrete and copper.
3: Reach out to our customer service regarding Antenna cables

If you could also supply a back up for the device with support logs. It would assist me to determine if there are other issues that are affecting the connectivity status.

Hello George,

We are experiencing issues with our server right now. The reboots are occuring because the device is trying to get a VPN connection, but failing. This throws the biditr errors that are causing the reboots.

I wish to inform you that the Talk2m Servers have been restored to normal functionality. I have verified the connection of the unit myself using a test unit at my desk.
