Flexy 205 ftp file transfer

I’ve got a flexy 205 that I’m planning to use it to send files through a ftp server.

So If there’s ftp site available, can I set up an automatic process to pull files from LAN and put it on a FTP site on WAN side.

Can I achieve through this via scripting? Any examples? Can it be automated?
