Flexy 205 Internet Connection to eCatcher


We recently configured a Flexy 205 in our office to communicate with eCatcher using our office wi-fi network. We have since deployed that same eWon to a customer site and connected to their wi-fi network for internet access. The eWon webpage says connected and all three wi-fi leds are on however in eCatcher the device is still saying Offline?


When the Flexy was set to the customer site have the WiFi settings been updated to match their access point name and password for their WiFi?

If so, is someone able to log into the device local and rerun the VPN wizard with the activation code from the account to see if it is failing with reaching are servers.
