Flexy 205 - Text Alarm not sending/missed

Good day,

We have a Flexy205 connected to a PLC,
We have a few alarms setup however there have been a few alarms that have been missed which were not sent by the device,

Would there be a guide or additional troubleshooting information available to determine where the possible cause might be? If this would be the Flexy and PLC losing communication with one another, or if this would be a missed step in the alarm configurations.

Please let me know what additional information is required.

You can use the Scheduled Actions page to see what error caused the Text Messages to not be sent.

You can also review the Event logs to verify if the connection loss occurred between the PLC and the Ewon unit.

How is the device connected to the Internet? Ethernet, WIFI, or Celluar?

This Flexy would have a cellular and wifi cards installed.
However the PLC would be connected via ethernet to the Flexy

What does it show for the Scheduled actions page?

Can you provide a backup with support files?
