Flexy 205 WAN connection failure

Hi,
I’ve been trying to re-establish the WAN connection to the Flexy 205 ewon which a client has onsite.

It was working and has now stopped.

I’ve updated the time and changed the LAN IP so there are no possibilities of a network clash.
I’ve checked the firmware and done a factory reset.
I’ve asked for the firewall rules to be updated to include:

If the WAN cable is plugged into a laptop it passed the Talk2m checker.

I’m convinced it’s a site network issue, I can’t check on another network unfortunately.

Any ideas? MOVED TO STAFF NOTE (81.5 KB)

Please change NATitf to 3, save, reboot, and make sure the setting saved. Then try again. If that doesn’t make a difference:

Are you sure the default gateway is correct? There is an error msg indicating it’s not.

Can you also send the T2M connection checker log?

Can you find out if IT is using a proxy for internet access or doing SSL inspection?

Have you tried disconnecting everything from the LAN except for the laptop?

Can you try using a public DNS server like 8.8.8.8, 1.1.1.1, etc.

Also, how long is the WAN cable?

I’ve been assured it is. They are going to swap the network over to an DHCP server to see if there is anymore luck.

Can you also send the T2M connection checker log? Yes, I will get this from site.

No proxy or SSL inspection

Have you tried disconnecting everything from the LAN except for the laptop?
No, this will be difficult to do. Is this beneficial?

Can you try using a public DNS server like 8.8.8.8, 1.1.1.1, etc.
Yes, tried 8.8.8.8, 1.1.1.1 no success.

Also, how long is the WAN cable?
Around 15m.

This is to rule out conflicts with the LAN Network for troubleshooting purposes.

There are errors indicating an issue with the cable, possibly interference. We tend to see this with longer runs of unshielded cable.
