Flexy 3101 WAN Link Issues

For over a month or more, we see port connected at the switch go up/down daily / all day long. Cable tested clean through. In a split second we can capture mac address of the device but never stays up. Faulty equipment?

What firmware are you using? Can you create a backup using eBuddy and make sure to Include Support Files?

The onsite team are still working with support to get this resolved. Unfortunately, we don’t have any access into these systems.
