Flexy cannot establish a VPN connection to eFive

Hi ,
I now with my client had a problem on VPN connection between eFive & Flexy205.
below is the flexy event record:

Beside, every time I press update or change parameter setting on vpn at eFive , it show internal server error, below is the pic

It appears the eWON cannot make a proper VPN here. Are we certain the IP of the eFive is accessible? Is the VPN server running?
