Flexy Cellular Data Usage

Did we get anywhere on why we are using all my data. I think we are way over on data now we are getting alarms two or three days late. Can we please find out what is going on.

We have a normal ewon on a Verizon cellphone hot spot modem. So is there something else we need to look for. I included the installer and programmer on this email.

Oh, I see, I thought you were using one of our 3G/4G cards,

In that case can you try and go into the device and go through the VPN wizard and try to force the device to TCP instead of UDP? I think if it’s using the packet correction with TCP it might use less data
