It doesn’t look like I’m able to get access to that file. Are you sure that it doesn’t let you send the .tar files? We’ve had other people send in those types of files recently without any issues.

It looks like that file didn’t include the support files so I can’t do any debugging with that file. Can you go onto eBuddy and go to the backup/restore section and make sure to click the include support files button?
Sorry uploaded the wrong one, I had to go out and reboot the flexy so I did a new one while I was there

It looks like there might be some DNS issues. Can you go to the comcfg section of your flexy and set the EthDNS to 220.127.116.11 and save that setting?
