Uni Telway not exporting Tags

Customer called in today regarding a Uni Telway server push tags but the Flexy not updating them. A quick look at the error logs shows there was an issue with the information translation format. There was an xway error regarding 20h support.

I advised the customer to look at the software, and the data types being transmitted. We updated the firmware of the device to 13.3, and still recieved errors with the unit. I am researching for documentation. As Uni Telway is not widely used.

Hello Bruce,

Can you povide a back up of the unit with support files?

We will need to reach out to Belgium and they must be able to review the event logs of the unit.
