Flexy lan/wan ip conflict, but no way to change any ip adress

Hi There,

I have a customer that has a conflict between LAN and WAN.

The user is in Denmark, and his IP static lan address is in the same network than the machines in Quebec…

My computers network range (LAN) are 192.168.1.x and subnet 255.255.255.0

This is controlled by the IT department, and it is not possible for me to change.

I have attached a screen shot of the error message when I logon to eWon.

What are the options available?

Unfortunately, the LANs must be in different subnets. You can use a virtual machine on the remoting PC to set your PC in a different subnet or the user in Denmark can try to connect to a different network (not conflicting) like a phone hotspot or a guest wifi. Installing a router on the remoting network would also be an option.
