Can you please take a look at the attached tar file and see if there is any indication on why this unit would have lost its configuration?

It looks like the event logs are mostly just flooded with issues concerning the GSM
One thing I’d suggest starting with is updating to the new firmware, but looking at the logs I wasn’t able to get too much info out of this. If you have an old backup of the device maybe we can try and load it onto this one and see if we can replicate this
