Flexy providing WAN access for devices connected locally

I have a device connected to the Flexy over a LAN connection. Can the Flexy provide WAN access to this device?

Is the flexy using a cellular connection for the internet connection? Does your LAN device need internet access or does it need to comunicat with another network you have plugged into the flexy?

The Flexy is using a 4G Verizon data connection. The LAN device needs internet access.
