Flexy Script- Automate Removal of User in eCatcher/Talk2M

Hi Team,

Can you help advise if there is a advanced script to automate user management in Talk2M/eCatcher.

Example: Employee at OEM quits job. They are removed via the organizations email list, and other methods. Is there and API that can reference that this person is removed and remove their ability to log into eCatcher?

Please advise. The Customer will get Talk2M pro, but wants to know if they can do this with a script.

I’m not aware of any mechanism to do this.
