Flexy unit VPN connection failure

Can you please review the attached backup for issues related to VPN connection failures?

The log files point to DNS failures but I have tried different DNS servers including 8.8.8.8 with no luck.
Also tried a factory reset with no luck. Tried static ip, tried reseating wan card no luck.

Is this a cellular modem connection? If so, are you attempting to connect through the ethernet port?

I see there is a GSM level indication, with modem info in the config. However, I do not see there is a GSM level.

As for the DNS names, can you set the DNS to DHCP and try the vpn wizard again?

This unit has a WAN card.

Think we have a bad base unit. Brought the unit back to the shop and tried connecting to our network with the WAN card set to DHCP. No luck.

Took the same WAN card and put it into a new base unit. Connected to the VPN just fine.

Can we get an RMA for the base unit?
