At one point I thought the Talk2M Free Account allowed up to 5 M2Web users at once, and up to 3GB of VPN data per month. Has that changed? When did it change? I started using the Free Account in mid to late 2020 with a Flexy 205, if that matters.

That is the correct users and Data Max for a free acount. Earlier this year it was 1 GB and was increased to 3 GB. The Pro accounts were also increased from 6 GB to 9 GB in October. The planning and pricing section near the bottom of the following page has a comparison chart.
