Frequent Device Unreachable

Ewon Flexy 205 Frequently gives “Device Unreachable” and after a few seconds Comes again.
We have Checked and changed the Ethernet Connections.

After That Updated the Firmware to 14.2s0

Please make another backup, this time select “Include Support Files” so we can see the logs.

Did this device work in the past and then stop working? Are you planning on using the cellular modem for internet access?

Can you please perform a factory reset of the Flexy and then reconfigure and try again?

Yes, This device works in the past and stopped working. Initially we were using it through cellular modem to send SMS and Internet Connection.

After that the device configured to Ethernet Internet connection and Cellular to send a SMS.

Now, not able to configure for Internet and VPN Connection.

Do you get the issue when you remove the cellular modem and connect to the internet using ethernet?

We haven’t removed the Cellular because we require SMS facility.

I was asking for testing purposes. I think it’s possible that the modem is faulty.

Please create a case at https://mysupport.hms.se so that we can determine if the modem is faulty and initiate an RMA if necessary.

SMS modem was removed and the EWON done with factory reset

Now the issue with disconnects solved

But below error occurs while WAN Configuration

esync-Internet communication failed

This means that you are not getting an IP address from a DHCP server on the WAN network. Is there a DHCP server or do you have to assign a static IP address?

I think the modem may be faulty, but you will have to create a case at https://mysupport.hms.se in order to get an RMA.

Using Static IP address and given IP address, Sub net mask, Default gateway, preferred DNS and Alternate DNS,

The Same IP address and WAN connection given in laptop and checked the Connection working and also checked with Talk2M Connection checker and the result is all OK.

But The Same WAN Connection Given in EWON and Checked the above error occurs.
