Ben also had some questions on the temporary password on the eCatcher mobile app that seems to do nothing.


Hi Chris,

Is this setup so when they login next they are required to change their password? If so a password change cannot be done through the mobile app. It should give them an error and tell them they need to first log into m2web or eCatcher for desktop so they can update their password.
