Chris, we have an eWON 133 in one of our box-making machines setup for ethernet located at a customer in France. This was tested in our facility prior to shipment and the eWON was available through eCatcher and I was able to ping the PLC & HMI as well as access the HMI via Tight VNC. Our customer indicates that they have an ethernet connection to the eWON which should provide Internet access yet the eWON dose not show “online”.
Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated,
