I have an eWON Cosy attached to a Mitsubishi FX5U and Mitsubishi HMI. Using GX Works 3 I can connect to the PLC and monitor for 10 to 20 seconds before GX Works looses the communication.

Hi,

Can you take a backup of the device by using eBuddy and include Support Files, then post the file here so I can take a look at it?

Hi Kyle,

I checked the logs and configs that you sent and it appears that the config files are corrupted. I’m not sure how it happened. I would recommend either doing a factory reset of the device, or if that is too much of an inconvenience, I can log on to the device to see if there is another possible fix. Let me know if you want to do a Teamviewer session and I can give you a call.

I’ve tested another FX5/eWON on the bench and looks good, I’ll try get the customers back to perform a reset.
