Just wanted to let you know I have the ABC doing everything I want it to now – thanks for your help.
A question though, do you remember that we had to set my AB7072 to the simpler Fieldbus type instead of the 2-port type to make it work?
Is this logged as a bug in your system? Do you know when it might be fixed?

Hi Rich,
Sorry about that I thought that I sent you the solution for this earlier.
This can be fixed by disabling the ethernet/ip Run/Idle header
