Hi All,

Question about SD card insertion into a functioning gateway. If i first format the card with FAT and then power down my gateway and insert card will gateway retain setup? Card will be blank so I am hoping once card is inserted and gateway powers back up I can do a commit changes via management tool and it will write the current config to the card. I just do not want to blank out my current config running in the gateway with no SD card currently inserted.

Hi Frank,

Sorry for the delay. As we spoke of on the phone if the sd card is blank it wont wipe the linking devices settings. If you have the SD card in the device and apply a configuration change it will also save that configuration to the SD card.
