Can anyone tell me if the configuration tool launched from CLX module properties supports spanning a CIP path (backplane)? Meaning I am connected to my PLC on one subnet but I have another network card in the rack on another subnet and the HMS gateway is hanging under the second subnet in the IO tree? Or does my laptop have to be on the same subnet for this to work. It seems like the later is true in my testing today. Any insight is appreciated.
