HMS-EN2PB-R Communication problem (3250 port)

Hello,

I have been trying for a while to set a Static IP address through HMS IPconfig tool but I can not spot the device in the App. The HMS technical support told me that my 3250 port is closed. I have turned off my firewall and I created a new inbound rule to open the 3250 port but I still can not communicate with the device and the port seems to be closed. Is there an alternative way to communicate with the device or an effective way to open the port?
