I was trying to configure a subnet mask and gateway in my device, but now i have a fault (LED 6 RED) and i can not to get a communication with my device.

How can i recover it?

Hello @Joao_Ricardo_N_Morae,

How were you setting the subnet mask and gateway with the device? Were these the only settings you changed?

You should be able to set the IP address using ourIPconfig software or with bootp.

Hi,

I changend using the FTP server, i just changed those settings.
How can i restore to the factory?

A factory restore would be done though the Configuration software and an IP address would need to be assigned.

If those are the only settings you changed then you should be able to scan for the device with IPconfig to set a new IP address on the device. If you are not finding make sure IP config is not being blocked by your firewall and plug directly into the linking device.
