Hi - the HMS-EN2SE-R Ethernet/IP works well when connected directly to the PLC but faults when going through a switch.
Any idea what may cause this?
This is a known behavior for this device. It requires a direct connection to the PLC for optimal performance. You can try making sure the network card on the PLC has the latest software, but you may still experience issues.
