I am having issues copmmunicating with my device. Two things.

  1. Where can I find or access the data log?
  2. Subnet Status monitor - I have an ‘Other Error’ indicated. Value 0A. What does this mean?

Hi @Buckb,

As discussed on the phone, the log data shows up when you stop logging.

The subnet status is going to be in error in when using generic data mode. An after though but you could change your setup to use master mode and use a query response.
