HMS Net biter Problems

Attached are emails sent to Tim at your location by Josh Harr. At this point there has been no response to our problem. I have not only a angry customer but now the owner of Altair wants me to dump these Net Biters and find something else. The subscriptions on these units lapsed and need to be re-done. It was thought that a possible reboot on your server was required. I need to get this issue straightened out now. we have many units and I don’t want to have to change them all. Please help me with this. Thank you.
