That IP is not listed asa current or past IP for our servers. I would advise a local connection to the unit to determine what the issue may be.
I would check the internet and VPN connections on the unit. Rerun the wizards to refresh the connnections.
If issues still persist, create a backup with support files with ebuddy and attach it with a response. So that we may review the issue with the unit.
Hi, thank you for your answer, the eWON is connected to a LTE device, I have request to test it and the sim card to isolate the issue.
Have you been able to run the tests on the unit and SIM Card?
