How do I retrieve my AC Cloud Control registration number

I have lost the paper whit the Intesis AC Cloud Control registration number.
Any way to get hold of it again?

It should be on the back of the unit, on the silver sticker.

On the back side of the Intesis unit. It should be a silver sticker that shows the MAC address as well.

I lost mine too, but the silver sticker is not accepted. It also doesn’t show the MAC address.

On the Silver sticker, it should a Serial Number. Can you send a picture of the Silver Sticker?

Hello,

Have you tired to manually enter the 25 digit code above the barcode?

That is what the barcode is translating. The 25 digit code is the account activation, and the SN is the MAC address of the unit.
