How to enter the IP address of my Mitsubishi PLC in I/O server

Hi

I need to set up a eWon for my Mitsubishi Q03UDECPU. Please see below picture . I am not sure what to set after the IP address ?

Can you explain what is after the IP address ?

THe format is as follows:

QCPU,<Protocol TCP/UDP>, PLC IP Address, Port Number, 0, 255

The Port number for Mitsubishi communications is required for communications.
0,255 is used for all Mitsubishi communication, and required for machine protocol.
