Hi Joe,

As I mentioned on the phone, the device you are working on is an older model that will probably need to be programmed with hyper terminal,so I will make sure you have instructions for that as well if they aren’t included on this page.

Is there a user manual that describes the commands etc. to view and change setting on the Gateway.

Yes, Here is a manual which covers the terminal settings. Look at Chapter 3 on page 13:
