Any help would be appreciated. Connection was working in previous version of eCatcher 6.3.6 but when i upgraded to 6.7.10 it stopped working. Have tried googling and searching for this error but can’t seem to find anything

Have you checked your Antivirus or Firewall logs to see if it is blocking the software? It would be a likely cause blocking the certificates.
