I can’t find my Samsung NASA AC Unit, scanning show no results.

Hi,

If you are not finding the unit there are a few things to check.

  1. Make sure you have the latest firmware for you unit. We often provide firmware to ensure the communication protocols are up to date.
  2. Make sure the wiring is correct. Make sure all the units R1 and R2 communication wires are landed to the same connectors on each. You also want to ensure they connect to the intesis box correctly. R1 > A3 and R2 >A4.
  3. Make sure the units have manual addresses set. We provide the following doc but you might need to verify with the manufacturer if your unit is different. How to setup manual addressing in Samsung(1).pdf (370.7 KB)
