I need to recover an Ewon Flexy 205

I had an employee who went to a training session and we received the 205 for going to the class. I have no idea what T2M account was used when he set it up for class. I now need to use it elsewhere and it won’t connect to another T2M account.

You need to create a case at https://support.hms-network.com and include a picture of the device label showing the serial number.
