My company is attempting to connect an IFM Block using an Anybus to Kepware. We have MAC address cloning enabled, however, Kepware is still not seeing the IFM Block.
Is there any other settings that need to be enabled or configured?
Assuming that this is the AWB2030 Anybus Wireless Bolt - Ethernet RJ45 PoE and you have followed these instructions correctly, then no, there are no other settings to be configured.
I’d recommend reviewing the instructions to make sure nothing was missed. If you still have problems, can you let me know if you can ping the IFM Block from a PC?
