When I power up the device, it will power cycle randomly making it impossible to complete the configuration wizards. I have tried doing both a level 1 and a level 2 reset. Please help!

I spoke to the customer on the phone, and we upgraded the firmware of the device. Once complete, the customer was able to start the configuration process without reboots occuring.
He will continue to monitor the device and call us if future issues arise. For now, this issue is resolved.
Thank you, Kevin. Just for reference; the eWON firmware was version 13.0s0 and was upgraded to version 13.3s0.
