I’m having problems getting internet connection. My co worker and I have tried multiple times and got it to work for about 2 minutes then both internet and talk2m cut out. We could not get it back up and running again. We’ve tried to restart the ewon by turning off power supply and holding down reset button.
What is the IP address on the LAN? Is it conflicting with the IP address on the WAN?
Have you tried the T2M Connection Checker to test for a firewall issue?
Can you create a backup with eBuddy and check “Include support files” and share it?
