Reg code used for demo at dealer they passed on to me but i cant use says reg code already used but the said they demoed can i get a new code or reregister code ?

To reregister a device they will have to remove it from their existing account. If this is not possible please submit a ticket on https://mysupport.hms.se and include the silver sticker on the back of the device since an escalation will need to be made to Spain.
