Invalid credentials message

Hi all

I have successfully been using the Datamailbox API and now trying to use the M2Web one but am failing with Invalid Credentials.

  1. I can successfully log into the M2Web webpage no problem
  2. I am using the same developerid as i use in Datamailbox

These aren’t my real credentials, but this is the format I am using:

https://m2web.talk2m.com/t2mapi/getaccountinfo?t2mdeveloperid=xxx-yy-zzz-www-nnnn&t2maccount=MyAccount&t2musername=MyName&t2mpassword=Mypassword*

But I always get this error:

{“message”:“Invalid credentials”,“code”:403,“success”:false}

Issue has been resolved. Turns out you have to deactivate 2FA on your login if you have it activated.

Thanks for the update Shaun. We have had to prioritize the ticketing system at support.hms-networks.com recently as there has been a large inflow of cases.
