We have many EWON Cosy devices at many of our machine all over the world, just wondering if the t2m service available in Mexico?
From the status below, I am not seeing it in Mexico.

My customer in Mexico has issue to get online with their Ewon which is connected as other we setup.

Yes, T2M service is available in Mexico and we have a lot of customers there. Mexico is part of our Americas region and we have servers in both North and South America.
I believe this is a typo (it should say Americas, not America).
I will let the web developers know.
I would tell the customer to please create a support case at support.hms-networks.com with specifics about the case and a backup with support files from the Ewon.
