Is this from a bad batch of Cosy 131 units?

customer has issues with an eWON Cosy, and he is wondering if it is one from a bad batch, and maybe they didn’t toss it when receiving a replacement, or maybe hasn’t had it replaced, etc.

Hi Brad,

I don’t have any info about that serial number. It looks like we do have an open RMA for 1923-0506-22, but not 1839-1228-22. What appears to be the problem with it?
