I am having troubles interacting with my PLCs,
I have a local switch on my desk, the Ewon and my laptop are connected to this switch which connects me to the internet.
I have tried the unplug/power cycle re-boot as suggested. No change.
I can still ping the Ewon LAN from eCather but not the PLC

With your current setup are you able to ping the Ewon LAN IP when you are not connected through eCatcher? Also if you have the laptop plugged directly into one of the ewon’s LAN ports are you able to ping the PLC address?
Currently the Ewon can be ping’d when not on ecather the plcs they can be ping’d when directly connected to the lan on the ewon.MOVED TO STAFF NOTE (178.5 KB)
You mentioned when they are connected. Is the PLC not always connected tot eh Ewon directly? If your able to ping the Ewon’s LAn address when your not connected through eCatcher you already have an adapter on your computer that is in the Ewon’s LAN subnet which would prevent your from connecting to the LAN devices.
