Issue in Argos SMS Alarm with Indonesian Number (+62)

Hi,
I have an issue with alarm SMS via Argos netbiter.
the netbiter can not sent the alarm with proper content.
example : the alarm message is “digital input 1 off” but i received sms is “<>2020”
, i have a lot of device ec320 in field that need sms feature to notif the critical case ( not only email).
could you help please to solve this issue?
