Issue with Nettool DN

I am working with AB-7916-F as EthernetIP Adaptor to DeviceNet Scanner.
I can communicate ( using ethernet) with gateway through Nettool DN when devicenet Connector is not Given any Power. As soon as I connect the Power to Device net Connector, Gateway goes
offline.
On Ethernet IP side
GW Status, NS, MS - Green Steady.
On Devicenet Side
GW Status, MS, - Green Steady, NS - OFF
