Issues with Flexy 205 using the FB3205 North America card

I registered my ATT sim card with the HMS phone number and selected a plan.

I’m having trouble with the INTERNET wizard setup. It will say establishing WAN connection and then about 300+ seconds later it will time out and say connection failed.

The WIFI card works great and I’m able to finish the INTERNET setup wizard but not the ATT card.

I’ve tried using Provider: ATT APN: Broadband
Provider: ATT APN: NEXTGENPHONE
ATT APN: m2m.com.attz

None of the above APNs establish a connection

Is this an AT&T plan that you activated through HMS’s IoT billing portal? If so, the correct APN will be zipitwireless.com.attz . Can you try using that APN?

If that doesn’t work, could you capture a backup with support files for us to look at? This will give us access to the logs and configuration of the device so that we can see if this is an APN issue or something else. To do this, open eBuddy, select the Ewon device you’d like help with, and click “Backup/Restore”. Make sure to check “include support files”, then click through to create a backup.
