Issues with PLC connection

Hello,

One eWON has a Problem with a PLC connection.

Many tags are polled correctly from the PLC. However, about half of the tags have no connection to the PLC (error “unknown”). I went back to the automation engineer and he confirmed that the tag addresses are correct.

Could you please support here.

Hello,

When you have several tags that are in error, many times it is due to one or two tags that are actually the problem tags. You can eliminate these false errors by disabling tags in errror. This can be done in IO Servers -> General Settings.

Once you toggle this feature, it will only show the tags that are not functioning.
