I dotn always get KPI displayed on the Main M2 Web interface, is there something that can be done to assure they will always display?

Hello,

How many tags do you have on the unit? Among them, how many are KPI Tags?

Could you provide a back up with support files so that I may review the unit? This can be done remotely and locally with the use of ebuddy.

We have somewhere around 100 tags, I have selected th 6 I can have as KPI, my dashboard almost always displays properly but every once in a while an Ewon wont display KPI at all.

I do know the higher number of tags the more likely issue occur with kpi’s.

Our team is investigating the issues on the servers. A backup may assist them to find common threads to the problem.

Hi Steve,

If you login to the forum and attach it to a post that will work. If you were trying to email us the file then it would bounce back.

I just heard from my team that the resolved the KPI issue with M2Web.

Can you check your account to verify that the KPI’s are showing up?
