Large Number of eWON show as Offline in eCatcher

A customer with a larger number of eWONs is showing most of them as offline in eCatcher, but can connect with them through M2Web.

I noticed that I can run the Talk2M check on the ewon from M2Web and it comes back online in ecatcher. Does this point to the VPN cert change as of Jan 1?

’m waiting on a call from eWON to discuss, but have found a work around for the devices that show as online in M2Web.

Click on the device in M2Web and log in.

The test will start and take a few minutes to complete
