Hello the LC310 does not have support for sending SMS messages.
It has support to send data to Thingworks and act as a Modbus Client.
You might be interested in the eWon Flexy it is a similar device to the LC devices but has some additional features including the ability to send SMS messages direct if a Modem is used along with indirectly though a email to sms relay. There is also a good amount of options for connecting to scada systems.
